Description

Two Mile Asset Management is the leading hotel-alternative accommodations provider in Northern Canada, overseeing 20,000+ square feet of residential real estate across 12+ condominiums and fully-detached homes located near downtown Whitehorse. Our hospitality operation is enduringly supported by our ecommerce property and short-term rental brand Neighbourly North.

We host business travelers and tourist groups looking for premium short-term rental accommodations during their stay in Whitehorse, providing a high level of customer service and professionalism.

We work with a number of cleaning subcontractors that perform residential cleanings between guests on a variable basis. Some days include 3-4 turnovers, whereas other days require none.

Two Mile is looking to complement the existing team with a Cleaning Supervisor that can perform turnovers independently, and oversee work performed by the existing subcontractors, improving quality control by making small touch ups, and ensuring a perfect check-in experience for our guests. The ideal applicant will have high attention to detail, thoroughness and preferably exhibits the following traits:

• Familiarity with hospitality cleaning standards and products
• Ability to follow and improve company cleaning protocol
• Ability to work independently and alongside subcontractors
• WHMIS certificate an asset
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and work with autonomy
• The employee will need their own vehicle and valid driver's license

As we grow our collection of properties, we are hoping the Cleaning Supervisor can grow with our company and evolve into a managerial position covering many hospitality operations including customer service, property maintenance, managing reservations, and cleaning staff recruitment.
