General Summary:
This position performs a variety of work in managing Mighty Wash facility and Customer Care. The position ensures the overall business is running smoothly by; Ensuring prompt customer service, trouble shooting car wash equipment, general maintenance and repair of equipment, monitoring inventory, managing accounts, scheduling and supervising a crew of staff. This position reports to Northern Vision Development Real Estate team.

• "Jack of all trades" with reasonable understanding of basic trades experience
• Openness to working long hours and weekends when required.

Primary Job Duties:
1. Schedule, train and direct staff to ensure customer service levels and cleanliness are maintained.
2. Trouble shoot, conduct minor repair of equipment
3. Back-up to washing vehicles when short staffed to maintain business operations
4. Report to supervisor regarding unusual technical or personnel issues.
5. Maintain wash bays and surrounding areas clean and proper working condition.
6. Estimate cost of labor and materials for work orders; obtain competitive prices for equipment and supplies.
7. Maintain various records related to labor, materials and work orders.
8. Operate light trucks to pick up and deliver equipment and supplies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Skills and Experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Use a variety of hand tools and equipment
• Previous supervisory experience, including scheduling, time and labour
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Receive and give instructions
• Perform a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting (approx. 50 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time
• Maintain files and inventory records of supplies
• Set priorities
• Filling in and helping wash cars when necessary to help the team
• Plan and coordinate work schedules
• Assist in training, planning and directing the work of other employees
• Ability to trouble shoot basic maintenance issues - Trades experience would be an asset
• Ability to maintain files and inventory records of supplies
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other employees,
• Must have a valid Class 5 or higher Driver's License.

Hours per Week: Full-Time (80 hours biweekly), Weekends, Variable
Wage: $19.00 - $21.00/hr./DOE (Benefits package after 6 months of employment)
