Education:
• Completion of Secondary School
• Trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required

Experience:
• At least 2 year or more in a busy restaurant setting

Specific Skills:
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas;
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• Specialize in different Filipino dishes
• Experience in buffet and brunch
• Strong knowledge of food and work safety

Additional Skills:
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Work Setting:
• Restaurant and school cafeteria
