If you are currently on EI (Employment Insurance), have been on regular EI in the last 3 years, or parental EI in the last 5 years, you may be eligible to apply for the Skills Development Program.
Skills Development Program - This program provides funding for people to get skills training to help them re-enter the job market.
Feepayer (Skills Development) Program - This program allows participants to take formal training while they receive their Employment Insurance benefits. All school costs are covered by the participants.
Targeted Wage Subsidy Program - This program encourages employers to hire and train participants who would not normally be hired due to a lack of work experience, to fill an existing job.
